14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return or exchange items.

Requirements

Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging

Return Process

1. Contact us by email with your order number
2. We will send you a return label
3. Send the package back
4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the amount within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item? Contact us, and we'll be happy to help. Exchanges are free within Austria and Germany.

Other EU countries: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
