Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We grant consumers a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, we may accept voluntary returns under the conditions stated below, provided that these do not restrict the statutory right of withdrawal.

  1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer within the meaning of consumer protection law and place an order through our online shop, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

In the case of an order for several goods delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the last item.

  1. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below. However, use of this form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

  1. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge any fees for the refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

  1. Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we expressly provide you with a free return label or something else has been agreed.

Please contact us before making a return at contact@revoltra.store so that we can better assign the return. However, this is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.

  1. Inspection of the Goods and Compensation for Loss of Value

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality.

You may therefore inspect the goods in the same way as would be possible in a shop. If the goods are used beyond this, damaged, soiled, or otherwise impaired, we may claim compensation for loss of value.

  1. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to the following goods:

goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery;
digital content not supplied on a physical medium if performance has begun after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired and you have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Gift cards may, depending on their configuration, be excluded from the right of withdrawal if they have already been redeemed or if a statutory exception applies.

Reduced items or sale items are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal for this reason alone.

  1. Voluntary Return Conditions

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we may voluntarily accept returns if the item is in a resalable condition.

For voluntary returns, the following generally applies:

The item should be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
Existing tags should not have been removed.
The goods should, where possible, be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase should be enclosed or provided upon request.

These voluntary conditions apply only insofar as they do not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after receiving it. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@revoltra.store.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

  1. Exchanges

A direct exchange is currently not always possible. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item received in accordance with these conditions and place a separate new order for the desired item.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

  1. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, or once you have provided us with proof of return shipment, we will arrange the refund in accordance with the statutory requirements.

The refund will be made using the original means of payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note that the actual posting of the refund by banks, credit card companies, or payment service providers may take additional time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund, please contact us at contact@revoltra.store.

  1. Returns Without Prior Notice

Please contact us before making a return at contact@revoltra.store so that we can better assign the return and, if necessary, provide you with further information about the return process.

However, this is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal. A return without prior contact therefore does not automatically mean that your withdrawal is invalid.

  1. Reduced Items and Sale Items

Reduced items, promotional goods, or sale items are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal for this reason alone.

Different conditions may apply to voluntary returns outside the statutory right of withdrawal. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
